Definitions in the Terms and Conditions

"The Company" and "Seller" refer to Euro Services Limited operating as Tile Outlets.
The registered office is located at Unit 2c, Twickenham Trading Estate, Rugby Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 1DG.
The company's registration number in England and Wales is 1441872.
The VAT registration number is GB 340 9215 76.

"Buyer" and "Customer" refer to the person who accepts a quote from the Seller for the sale of goods or agrees to buy goods from the Seller.
"Goods" refer to the tiles and other products the Buyer agrees to purchase from the Seller.
"Stock Items" are products classified as standard items on the website and are in stock.
"Non-Stock Items" or "Special Products" are products classified as non-standard items or Out of Stock on the website.
"Order" and "Contract" refer to the order or contract for the sale and purchase of goods between the Buyer and the Seller.
"Price" refers to the cost for goods, excluding applicable charges for carriage, packaging, insurance, and Value Added Tax.
"In writing" refers to communication via postal letter, email, fax, or similar means.
The headings in the Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
Shipping includes 5 working days handling if stocks are not available at certain branches, we recommend not having any tilers booked before your order is delivered should any issues with delivery arise.


Terms & Conditions for Online Trade Accounts

The Company reserves the right to revise and update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Online Trade Accounts are available to eligible companies and tradespeople who meet the requirements of the online application process. The Company has sole discretion in determining the suitability and issuing of these accounts.
The Company has sole discretion in determining any discounts for an Online Trade Account. No Online Trade Account customer will receive preferential credit. All payments must be made through the website during the ordering process.


Pricing Information

The catalogues, price lists, website, and other advertising material produced by the Company are not part of any agreement between the Buyer and the Company.
The information or descriptions of goods found in the Company's catalogues, brochures, and other publications are believed to be correct and current but are not guaranteed by the Seller. The accuracy of this information is not the responsibility of the Seller.
All prices are VAT inclusive unless otherwise specified in writing. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. In the event of a pricing error on the website, the Company will inform the Buyer as soon as possible to give them the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
If the Company is unable to reach the Buyer, the order will be treated as cancelled. If the order is cancelled for standard stock items and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice and are not binding on the Seller.


Ordering

The Contract between the Seller and the Buyer will include the Order, these Terms and Conditions, and any other agreed-upon terms in writing. The Company will require full payment through Worldpay before shipping the goods.
In the event of payment being declined or questioned by Worldpay, the Company cannot be held responsible for any delay or cost incurred by the Buyer. If there is a conflict between the specific terms of the contract and these Conditions, the latter will take precedence.
The Buyer is responsible for ordering the correct quantity of tiles, as the number per square meter is not guaranteed. Only one voucher can be used per transaction and no multiple codes will be accepted.
The Contract will be completed and the order accepted when the products are dispatched to the Buyer unless the Company has rejected the order or it has been cancelled.
Delivery promises are subject to the availability of materials and unforeseen events beyond the Company's control. Payment for the goods signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to refuse supply to the Buyer at its discretion.


Product Quality / Warranty

The company is not responsible for the suitability of goods for a specific installation and only for defects that are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee.
The company does not accept liability for variations in size, shape, manufacturing tolerance, shading, and pattern that are inherent in the manufacture of tiles, or for natural colour and shade variations in natural stone goods.
It is the responsibility of the tiler or tradesperson to ensure that any batch, colour, shading, and quality variations are minimized by using goods from different boxes.
The company will not accept any claims for faults, quality or shading issues after the tiles have been fixed. Any claims must be made in writing within 2 working days of delivery.
The company reserves the right to replace or refund the goods at its discretion but has no further liability to the buyer.
This policy does not affect the buyer's statutory rights.


Delivery

The Company is not responsible for any financial demands from the Buyer for late delivery, incorrect supply of goods, or incorrect delivery.
Time is not considered essential and the Company is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond their control, such as acts of God, adverse weather conditions, strikes, power failures, etc.
The Company offers various delivery services and reserves the right to use different transportation methods.
The delivery vehicle is likely to be the size of a fire engine or larger and the Buyer must inform the Company of any access restrictions.
The Buyer must be available to sign for the goods and is responsible for checking the goods after delivery. If the Buyer has any concerns about the supply, damage, or shading, they must notify the Company within 2 working days of delivery.
The Company will not be responsible for any claims made after this period.


Cancellation & Returns

Tile Outlets has a 30-day return policy for products that are in the original unopened box and in a resalable condition.
The buyer must inform Tile Outlets of their decision to cancel the contract within 30 days of delivery by sending a clear statement, and they must return the goods within 14 days of notifying the company.
The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer, unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, in which case Tile Outlets will refund the cost of standard postage.
The company will reimburse the buyer for all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. Tiles that have been installed cannot be returned, and clearance, end of line, or ex-display stock is not returnable. Grouts, adhesives, and sealants are not returnable due to their nature.
The company will not refund loose tiles or broken boxes, and the cost of returns is not covered by Tile Outlets.
Legal rights in relation to faulty or not as described products are not affected by this return policy.


Mobile Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS communications from Tile Outlets.

Types of Messages We Send:

  • Order and delivery updates

  • Customer support communications

  • Marketing or promotional messages (only if you have opted in)

  • Abandoned cart reminders (only if you have opted in)

Opt-In & Opt-Out:

  • You may opt in to SMS communications when prompted on our website or checkout page.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After doing so, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages, but we may still send essential transactional messages (such as order or delivery confirmations).

Costs:
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Data Use & Privacy:
We use your phone number only for the purposes listed above. Your number and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties. For more information on how we handle your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Availability of Service:
Delivery of SMS messages may be delayed or impacted by factors outside of Tile Outlets’ control, including mobile network coverage, carrier issues, or technical difficulties. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
