Delivery Information

1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to UK mainland addresses as standard.

  • For addresses outside of the UK mainland (e.g., Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands), delivery is possible only if the customer arranges their own shipping from our warehouse or store.

  • We do not arrange shipping outside of the UK mainland ourselves.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

  • Free delivery is available on orders over £500* (inc VAT).

  • Exclusions from free delivery:

    • All 2cm outdoor tiles (delivery cost calculated at checkout due to weight)

    • All sale items

3. Delivery Methods & Times

  • Kerbside pallet deliveries are scheduled Monday–Friday, between 8am and 6pm.

  • Smaller parcels are sent via DHL Parcel UK.

  • Orders placed after 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched the following working day.

  • Stock may not always be available at your preferred collection or delivery point; if unavailable, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

4. Receiving Your Delivery

  • Please check your delivery against the invoice before signing.

  • Shortages or damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with photographic evidence - see Refund Policy.

  • Deliveries are kerbside only—drivers are not responsible for moving goods into your property.

5. Click & Collect

  • At checkout, enter your postcode to select a convenient collection location.

  • If there is no location nearby, we offer competitive delivery rates.

  • Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via:

    • Email and your online account

    • Phone call or WhatsApp message (where applicable)

  • Stock availability at your chosen collection point is not guaranteed; please call ahead if urgent.

6. Free Cut Samples

We are currently unable to send out samples, please use the live chat if you have any questions.

  • All cut samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

  • Target delivery time: within 3 working days from order.

  • First 4 cut samples per customer are free, including delivery.

  • Maximum 4 cut samples per order and per customer.

7. 2cm Outdoor Tile Storage

  • Our 2cm outdoor tiles are displayed and stored outside, as they are designed to withstand all weather conditions.

  • Packaging may be damp or show signs of wear, but tiles inside remain in usable condition and meet our quality standards.
