Description
LTP MPG Sealer H₂O is an advanced, water-based impregnating sealer designed for polished surfaces such as marble, polished porcelain, polished granite, and encaustic tiles. This natural-finish sealer penetrates deep into the surface to provide lasting stain protection while allowing the material to breathe, without changing its colour or sheen.
Suitable for interior and exterior use, it offers excellent resistance to water, oil, and grease—making it ideal for high-end floors, kitchen splashbacks, countertops, bathrooms, and outdoor patios. Its invisible finish enhances protection while maintaining the tile's original look.
Each litre covers approximately 30 m² on polished surfaces, with both 1L and 5L bottles available for everything from small projects to larger-scale trade applications.
Application is simple: ensure the surface is clean and dry, apply evenly with a cloth or applicator, allow it to absorb, and gently buff off any excess after one hour. Clean-up is easy using just water.
